When: August 10, 2024 | Session 1 (3:30pm – 5:30pm); Session 2 (8:45pm – 10:45pm)

How to participate & WIN our coveted 1^st, 2^nd, & 3^rd place trophies:

1. Complete the form on this page to sign up a team of 4 bowlers. There are two sessions to choose from: Session 1 (3:30pm – 5:30pm) or Session 2 (8:45pm – 10:45pm). Each session includes 2 games of bowling and one pizza for your team – additional food and beverages will be available to purchase.
2. Teams are encouraged to solicit donations for Henderson House Prior to the event. For every $1 raised by your team, 5 points are awarded toward your team score.
3. Wear “Music Fest” themed attire. 50 points are awarded per team member in themed attire, and 250 points are awarded if ALL of your team members dress up for the theme.
4. Buy RAFFLE tickets! A variety of enticing packages are available to “bid” on, using raffle tickets purchased at the event: $1 for 1 ticket | $5 for 6 tickets | $20 for 25 tickets. Teams are awarded 5 points for every raffle ticket purchased.

At the end of session 1 (5:30pm) and Session 2 (10:45pm), raffle package winners can take home their prize(s) and 1^st, 2^nd, and 3^rd place teams will be awarded a trophy (each winning team participant will receive a ribbon). Total team points calculation =
