Judge Jade Wong Henness
Jade Wong Henness collaborated with other community leaders to form the Asian Heritage Association (AHA) in Yamhill County in 2023. Jade serves as AHA’s President and started the annual Lunar New Year Celebration in McMinnville, drawing over 800 attendees in its second year. Jade studies and presents on Yamhill County’s Asian American history, dating back to the 1870’s. Jade formerly served as Vice Chair on the city of McMinnville’s Diversity Equity & Inclusion (DEI) Advisory Committee.
