Judge Lucetta Elmer
Lucetta Elmer grew up on a small farm in Yamhill County. She attended Linfield University and married her high school sweetheart with whom she has four beautiful children and partners in many entrepreneurial endeavors. Lucetta has dedicated her time in service to her community in many roles, most recently serving as the Oregon District 24 State Representative – a role in which she has continuously demonstrated a willingness to reach across the aisle in order to optimize outcomes for all Oregonians. During the 2024 congressional session, Rep. Elmer co-sponsored HB4146, improving protection order filing processes and expanding privacy protections for SA survivors.
